I have a 5 month old French Bulldog named Kevin and have been bringing him here since he was 8 weeks old. When I got Kevin he was very sick and as a result, we were here pretty frequently. Every time I bring him here he gets so much attention and despite COVID regulations, I’ve never felt that the reduced face to face contact has impacted my level of communication with the staff. I’ve always known what’s going on with my pup throughout his visit which is important to me. The vet has even given us his cell phone number to text him if we need. We now live on the other side of town and continue to bring Kevin here despite the 45 minute drive as we have so much trust in the staff to look after our little guy. He loves everyone here too!
